HCIC Hydraulics, a leading manufacturer in China, specializes in mini hydraulic power units. Our DC power units come equipped with DC motors, hydraulic manifolds, valves, and hydraulic gear pumps, suitable for both horizontal and vertical mounting.

Our range of DC motors varies from 0.35KW to 4.5KW, with system flow rates from 3LPM to 25LPM and system pressures up to 250 bar. The hydraulic gear pump offers flow rates from 0.38cc/r to 8.0cc/r. Typically, we set the hydraulic relief valve at 160 bar, with adjustability from 50 to 230 bar as standard. The DC hydraulic power pack flow range is from 3L/min up to 25L/min.

Our DC power units are available in different voltage ranges, with DC12V and DC24V hydraulic power pump units being our most common products. The hydraulic valve manifold oil port connection thread size is 3/8″ BSPP, our standard size.

The electric control system includes a 2-button remote pendant with a cable. We also offer a wireless remote control pendant (WRCP12), which can control the DC hydraulic power pack from up to 100 meters away.
