I.Product Introduction

II.Feature
According to the national standard, the test force and displacement (deformation) are displayed. The setting of test parameters, tracking of test process, data acquisition, processing, analysis and display, and measurement precision are completed. The horizontal testing machine is mainly composed of main engine (frame structure), fixed beam, movable beam, loading cylinder, relevant test software and other necessary accessories. The testing machine adopts steel plate welding frame structure, sectional moving beam adjusting test space, single rod double acting piston cylinder exerting test force, manual control test process, load sensor measuring force, displaying test force and test curve, which is suitable for tensile test of hoisting belt, traction belt, cable, steel wire rope and other test pieces.

IV.Production
Cylinder is the main component of hydraulic cylinder, mine single column, hydraulic support, gun barrel and other products. Its processing quality directly affects the life and reliability of the entire product. The cylinder block has high machining requirements, and the internal surface roughness is required to be Ra0.4 ～ 0.8 μ m. Coaxiality and wear resistance are strictly required. The basic feature of the cylinder is deep hole processing, which has always troubled the processing personnel.
