Product Introduction
Slotting machine is mainly used for asphalt, cement pavement pavement repair, discharge water pipe, gas pipe, wire pipe and optical cable pipe. A roulette saw is used to quickly cut the pavement into even grooves to form new bonding surfaces. Optimize the contact layer between the material and the slot, and strengthen the bonding tightness between the material and the side wall of the slot.

Production
High vibration of the whole machine
Causes :1. Deformation of two diamond cutting wheels; 2, splint, distance ring wear; 3. The bearing of output shaft is damaged.
Elimination method :1. Replace the same diamond cutting wheel; 2, replace the splint, distance ring; 3. Replace the bearing.
Motor overheating
Causes :1. Overload; 2, diamond cutting wheel is too blunt; 3. The two diamond cutting wheels are not parallel; 4. Sweep the stator and rotor.
Elimination methods :1, reduce the cutting speed, depth; 2. Replace the high-quality slotted diamond cutting wheel; 3. Reassemble; 4. Replace bearings or reassemble.
Motor weakness
Cause :1. Rotor failure; 2. Stator failure; 3, low voltage; 4, stator, rotor sweep; 5. The brush is too short or the spring loses elasticity.
Elimination method :1, check, replace the rotor; 2. Check and replace the stator; 3, check the wire cross-sectional area, length, joint is reliable; 4. Check and replace the brush; 5. Replacement brush or spring.
