1.Do not drive the load while working

2.There are many cases of foreign bodies entering from pipelines.

a. Do not pay attention to cleaning. Pipeline installation after cleaning, should not be through the cylinder, must be installed in the cylinder in front of the oil port of the by-pass line. This is important. Otherwise, the foreign body in the pipeline will enter the cylinder, once entered, that is, it is difficult to exclude, but into the cylinder body to transport foreign bodies. Moreover, when cleaning, we should consider the removal method of foreign bodies in the installation pipeline operation. In addition, the corrosion in the pipe should be cleaned before the installation of the pipe, and the rust must be completely removed.

b. Chips formed during pipe processing. The pipe should not be left behind when it is deburring at both ends after the fixed size processing. Moreover, placing steel pipes near the site where welding pipes are performed is the cause of mixing welding foreign bodies. The pipes placed near the welding operation should be sealed. It is also important to note that pipe fitting materials should be prepared on a dust-free workbench.

c. Sealing belt into the cylinder. As a simple sealing material, polytetrafluoroethylene plastic sealing belt is often used in installation and inspection. If the winding method of linear and ribbon-shaped sealing materials is wrong, the sealing belt will be cut off and enter the cylinder. The wire belt seal on the sliding part of the winding will not cause what effect, but will cause the cylinder check valve action is not good or cause the buffer valve can not be adjusted to the end; For the circuit, may cause the reversing valve, relief valve and reducing valve action failure.
