Forklift Hydraulic Lift Cylinder
Product Description
Product Detail
Product Introduction
The piston hydraulic cylinder can be divided into two structures: single -pole and double -rod type. The fixed method is fixed by the cylinder body and the piston rod is fixed. The action of the hydraulic pressure has a single action type and dual action. In a single -acting hydraulic cylinder, the pressure oil is only one cavity of the hydraulic cylinder, and the pressure of the cylinder can be achieved by the pressure of the cylinder. The movement of the two directions of the hydraulic cylinder piston piston is alternated by the two cavity, and the pressure of the hydraulic pressure is completed.
Fault Characteristics
Do not carry out load operation when troubleshooting the equipment.
The main abnormal manifestations include inaccurate positioning and stopping of the piston rod, insufficient output thrust, reduced movement speed, and unstable working performance during operation. The common causes are analyzed as follows:
(1) Internal leakage inside the hydraulic cylinder
Internal leakage of the hydraulic cylinder mainly involves leakage caused by excessive wear of the cylinder sealing components, as well as damage or failure of the piston rod seal, the end cap seal, and the piston seal itself.
For leakage occurring at the sealing position between the piston rod and the end cap, the main causes are defects such as folding, extrusion, tearing, surface abrasion, aging, material deterioration, and deformation of the sealing parts. In such cases, the faulty seal must be removed and replaced with a new qualified sealing component.
The excessive wear of piston seals is mostly caused by improper adjustment of the speed control valve, which leads to excessively high back pressure in the system, improper installation of seals during assembly, or contamination and deterioration of the hydraulic oil. Secondary factors include the entry of foreign matter during assembly and the use of low-quality sealing materials.
Consequences of such problems include slow and sluggish movement, insufficient output force, and in severe cases, damage to the piston and the inner wall of the cylinder barrel, even leading to a "cylinder seizing" failure. The corresponding solution is to readjust the speed control valve, and carry out necessary corrections and improvements in strict accordance with the equipment installation specifications and operating procedures.
