Metric Hydraulics is the main component of hydraulic cylinder, single pillar for mining, hydraulic support, gun barrel and so on. Its processing quality directly affects the life and reliability of the whole product. Cylinder processing requirements are high, its inner surface roughness requirements are Ra0.4~0.8μm, coaxiality, wear resistance requirements are strict. The basic feature of cylinder is deep hole processing, which has been puzzling the processing personnel.

The piston slips or crawls

Hydraulic cylinder piston slip or creep will make the hydraulic cylinder work unstable. The main reasons are as follows:

(1) Poor lubrication or poor machining of hydraulic cylinder aperture. Because the piston and cylinder, guide rail and piston rod have relative movement, if the lubrication is poor or the hydraulic cylinder aperture is out of tolerance, it will aggravate the wear, so that the cylinder center line linearity is reduced. In this way, when the piston works in the hydraulic cylinder, the friction resistance will be large and small, resulting in slippage or crawling. The elimination method is to repair the hydraulic cylinder, and then according to the requirements of the preparation of the piston, repair the piston rod, configuration guide sleeve.
