1. Replace the rubber ring if the oil leakage caused by the compression deformation of the seal. If the seal fails due to high temperature, the apron should be replaced while eliminating the root cause of the high temperature. The rubber ring damage caused by the excessively large part matching gap cannot be simply replaced when repairing the rubber ring. The method of replacing the parts should be used to improve the matching gap of the parts to prevent repeated damage to the seal
2. Oil leakage caused by cracked upper cylinder cover
If the upper cover is cracked, the lifting angle should be changed, and the oil cylinder with unloading function of our company should be used, otherwise the upper cover of the cylinder will be cracked if only the oil is changed.
3. Oil leakage caused by strain on the piston rod and guide sleeve
Once the piston rod and guide sleeve are strained, they can only be scrapped if there is no repair value. The piston rod should be prevented from being knocked, and the bumps and burrs should be removed at any time, and the dust ring that has lost the sealing function should be replaced. Pay attention to cleaning with oil. To prevent wear after replacing the rubber ring. If the rubber ring is broken, check whether the pressure is too high, and adjust the pressure to within the rated pressure. The piston and the cylinder barrel match too much to cause internal leakage.
4. Piston and cylinder are strained
For internal leakage caused by strain on the piston and cylinder, check whether the oil is clean while changing the cylinder to prevent the strain from reappearing. The rubber ring is aging and loses its sealing function. The rubber ring should be replaced when it is compressed and deformed. The retaining ring should be damaged and the sealant If the ring is broken, the retaining ring on the piston is easy to cut during assembly. Once cut, it will affect the service life of the rubber ring and cause internal leakage. It is recommended to use special tools to prevent cutting
5. There is gas in the oil causing the cylinder to crawl
If there is a bleed screw on the oil cylinder, the air screw can be unscrewed to deflate the air. If there is no bleed screw, the oil cylinder can be raised and lowered repeatedly to the top, the gas can be removed, and the crawling phenomenon can eliminate the oil caused by the lack of oil in the oil tank and the oil pump leaking air inlet pipe leaking air. If the cylinder is crawling due to the presence of air, different methods should be adopted to eliminate the cylinder crawling fault for different reasons.
