I.Product Introduction

II.Fault diagnosis
Seal quality is directly related to slip or creep. When the O-shaped sealing ring is used under low pressure, compared with the U-shaped sealing ring, it is easy to slip or crawl due to the high surface pressure and the large difference between dynamic and static friction resistance; The surface pressure of U-type sealing ring increases with the increase of pressure, although the sealing effect is also increased accordingly, but the difference between dynamic and static friction resistance is also larger, the internal pressure increases, affecting the rubber elasticity, due to the increase of contact resistance of lip edge, the sealing ring will tip over and lip edge elongation, and it is easy to cause slip or creep, in order to prevent its tip over, the support ring can be used to maintain its stability.

4.1 Inspection and Testing
1.We have professional quality control department,every step from raw material to finished product is in the same factory,each procedure will be tested by professional inspector.
2.Before hydraulic cylinder is assemblied , every spare parts would be measured and cleaned .After hydraulic cylinder is assemblied , pressure test would be carried out one by one.We ensure the testing pressure is 30%-50% higher than rated pressure in almost one hour's test.Each hydraulic cylinder must be tested without any leakage.
